Some of our sitters offer a pick-up and drop-off service to your address.
You can see if they offer this additional service on their profile, which is found in “Services and rates” both within the app and on the website. If a sitter offers pick-up and drop-off, it will be indicated below each service. This is with the exception of walking, as pick-ups and drop-offs are already included in the service price.
When making a booking request, you can indicate the number of journeys required (select “1’ or “2” depending on whether you need only pick-up or drop-off, or both). You should then leave a message for the sitter with the approximate location of the pick-up, so they can take this into consideration before confirming your request.
