At Gudog we want to maintain a quality service for our clients, therefore sometimes we find ourselves obliged to unsubscribe a dog sitter for one or more of these reasons:
- A lot of booking request rejections
- A lot of expired booking requests (without accepting or cancelling)
- Cancelling various bookings that had already been confirmed
- Trying to get bookings outside of the platform
- Treating a client badly, either verbally or in writing
- Receiving complaints about treating a dog badly
- Negligence while caring for a dog
- Inappropriate photos on your profile
- Inappropriate description on your profile
If your profile has been deactivated due to inactivity, Gudog can reactivate your profile 7 days after it has been deactivated. In the event of more than one deactivation of the same profile, it will not be possible to reactivate it.
Gudog reserves the right to deactivate dog sitter profiles for other reasons not mentioned in this list.
