All Gudog bookings are supported by our Veterinary Coverage programme, for your peace of mind and to protect pets in the event of an emergency.
If any pet requires emergency care during a Gudog booking the first step is to immediately bring them to a certified and practicing veterinarian.
Once the pet is safe in professional care, we recommend reviewing our veterinary coverage overview to confirm whether your claim is eligible for the Gudog veterinary coverage programme. If your claim is eligible you will need to request the following documentation from the veterinarian:
1. A veterinary invoice including the name and breed of the pet being treated, an itemised list of all charges associated with any treatments, the date of treatment, and an invoice number. This invoice should be addressed to:
HouseMyDog Ltd,
IE3047445IH
21 Stradbrook Lawn, Blackrock,
Dublin, A94 T658, Ireland
2. A veterinary report specifying the name and breed of the pet being treated, the pet's microchip number, the reason for treatment, an outline of any treatments performed, and any follow-up treatment that may be needed.
