When you make a booking request, we ask you for your bank details but we do not charge you until the dog sitter confirms your booking. You have to enter your details so we can debit you when the sitter confirms the booking request. He has 24 hours to do so.
If your booking request expired after these 24 hours or if the dog sitter rejects it, you will not be charged.
