Why has my payment failed?

If you have been unable to complete a booking request or have received a payment error, it could be due to the following reasons:

  • Having used a pre-paid card. We only accept debit or credit cards.
  • Incomplete fields in your profile: name, surname, date of birth, city.
  • Incorrectly entered the expiration date of your card.
  • Made payment from a browser other than - Google Chrome. We recommend using Google Chrome or download our App.
  • Expired card saved as a payment method. You can delete the card using the App in the "Payment options" section.
