If you have made a booking with a sitter on Gudog, you will be able to review the service once the booking ends.
We will send you an email the next working day following the end of the service, which will enable you to review the sitter. Note that this will be sent to the email address registered to your Gudog account.
If your booking has already ended and you can’t find this email, check your junk or spam folder. There’s a chance that your email from Gudog will have reached you there. If this is the case, we advise moving it to your main inbox to ensure that you receive our emails as normal.
In the Gudog app, you will find the option within the booking to review the sitter right away. Access your conversation with the sitter from the “Messages” tab, and to the top right of the screen, click on the three dots and select “Bookings”.
Once you have reviewed the sitter, our team will check out what you have written before it is published on their public profile.
